What types of watersports equipment do you sell?
We specialise in a wide range of watersports gear including accessories, beanies, skull caps, neck gaiters, boards (bodyboarding and other boardsports), buoyancy aids, care & repair products, change mats and robes, clothing, dinghy hardware, kayak & dive boots, dry bags, essentials, fleeces, and flip flops. Our products are designed for surfers, sailors, paddleboarders, and all watersports enthusiasts.
Are your products suitable for professional athletes?
Absolutely! Many of our products are used by both recreational watersports enthusiasts and professional athletes. We offer high-quality gear that can stand up to competition conditions while also being perfect for casual use.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We offer global delivery to most countries worldwide, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: £12.95 flat rate worldwide via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Stirling, UK. During peak seasons (May-August), please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send tracking information to your email address so you can follow your gear’s journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return items within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We don’t store credit card details on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax/VAT?
For UK customers, VAT is included in the displayed prices. For international orders, any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
