Our Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Certain safety items may be non-returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Buoyancy Aids (once removed from original packaging)
  • Dinghy, Kayak & Dive Boots (if worn in water)
  • Care & Repair products (opened containers)
  • Personal items like Beanies, Skull Caps & Neck Gaiters (if hygiene seal is broken)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the package to our UK facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For free shipping orders, we deduct the standard shipping cost (£12.95) from your refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
