Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to get your marine gear to you:

Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other locations may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your watersports equipment. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how our returns process works:

Returns Policy

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Buoyancy Aids (once removed from original packaging)
  • Dinghy, Kayak & Dive Boots (if worn in water)
  • Care & Repair products (opened containers)
  • Personal items like Beanies, Skull Caps & Neck Gaiters (if hygiene seal is broken)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible
  4. Ship the package to our UK facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or product):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For free shipping orders, we deduct the standard shipping cost (£12.95) from your refund

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  2. Include photos of the damage/defect and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
