5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Placing Orders

2. Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Some remote areas cannot be serviced.

6.2 International Orders

Customers outside the UK are responsible for:

• Any customs fees or import duties

• Complying with local regulations regarding watersports equipment

6.3 Delivery Issues

If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:

2. Contact the shipping carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided:

• Items are unused and in original packaging with tags attached
• You have proof of purchase
• The item isn’t on our non-returnable list (see below)

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety/hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Buoyancy aids (once removed from packaging)
• Dinghy, Kayak & Dive Boots (if worn in water)
• Care & Repair products (opened containers)
• Personal items like Beanies/Skull Caps (if hygiene seal is broken)

7.3 Return Process

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number
2. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship items to our UK facility with RMA visible (at your expense)
4. We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days after inspection

7.4 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective items:

1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damage and packaging
3. We’ll arrange replacement/refund and cover return shipping

8. Warranties and Liability
